This week’s logo is of the title of a game I have only just finished playing after many hours over the last two months. Final Fantasy XV was a great open-world RPG and I think the logo I have designed is very in-keeping with the game and the legacy of the series.

This week’s vehicle is the car! I was going to do the car the first week I did vehicles, but I kept putting them off, thinking they would be really difficult. Actually, they turned out easier than planes or boats!

On this week’s episode of The Double Barrel Show, Jamie and I discuss our top five most underrated movies, and Jamie reviews the art and design Netflix show Abstract.
Finished submissions…
So after a few weeks, I have finally finished submitting my comic pitch to both publishers and agencies. So far I have only had one rejection from a publisher, but many from agents. It’s now just a matter of playing the waiting game to see whether I get a positive reply. In the meantime I’m going to be working on a few other projects I’ve wanted to get off the ground for a while and of course continue to blog here every weekday.

This week’s logo is based on a few ideas – one that I saw in an art book of Tintin artist Herge, but also another that I can’t recall. Either way, I quite like it, and it’s of a BBC police drama called Line Of Duty, which returns this Spring.

This is a drawing of a horse and rider I did at my drawing class last week. Shadow is very important when it comes to drawing from life as it helps to create the illusion of depth and shape.
